President Kagame today received credentials of three ambassadors accredited to the Republic of Rwanda, in a special accreditation ceremony organized at Urugwiro Village.
The new United States Ambassador accredited to Rwanda, Donald W. Koran was Director of the Africa Analysis Office in the State Department’s Intelligence and Research Bureau.
Ambassador Marc Pecsteen de Buyrswerve, the new Belgian Ambassador to Rwanda is a career diplomat who has since 1989 served in different Belgian diplomatic missions abroad in various capacities.
Ambassador Nasreldin Ahmed Walli served as senior diplomat at both Sudanese missions in Washington and New York and before being appointed Ambassador to Rwanda, he was a Director in charge of America in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
