President Kagame met with former US President Bill Clinton at the Clinton Foundation headquarters in Harlem, New York on Wednesday 15 July 2009. President Kagame and Bill Clinton discussed a number of issues including the work of the Clinton Foundation in Rwanda, investment, the situation in the region as well climate change and the upcoming Copenhagen Conference.
